How do I place an order?
Designing a custom cake can be a complicated process, and we ask that you start the process by filling out the form on our Contact Us page. Please include the type of event (baby shower, birthday, etc...) and the date you would like to have the cake picked up or delivered so that we can check our availability. Also include details about your order, such as design or theme, number of servings, or flavors, which will help us in estimating the price of your order. We usually try to respond to all inquiries within 72 hours.
How far in advance should I place my order?
As soon as possible! We take orders on a "First Come, First Serve" basis. Our calendar can fill up fast, especially during the holidays and busiest seasons from May to October. We ask that orders be placed at least 2 weeks in advance. We can occasionally accommodate "last minute" orders, however many of our long-time customers schedule their orders and reserve dates months in advance. For wedding cakes we recommend reserving your date 6 months to a year in advance.
How much do your cookies or cakes cost?
Most of our custom decorated cookies cost between $3 and $5 each, depending on the design. We can design your cookies for you based on you request, or you can send us pictures that we can work from.
Custom cakes are each individually priced based on several different criteria, including the number of servings and the final design of the cake. Our sculpted cakes usually start around $10 per slice. Sculpted characters or other hand-made sugar decorations can also be added to cakes using fondant, modeling chocolate or gum paste.
We will do our best to quote you a price based on all the information you provide, however all prices are estimates until all the details about your cake have been finalized.

Most of our cakes are 4-5 inches tall, so the following diagram can help you estimate the number of slices that can be served from a single tier.
Do you offer shipping or delivery?
At this time we do NOT offer shipping on cakes, however our cookies and cake truffles, as well as certain other seasonal specialty sweets can be shipped across the country.
Delivery is available for most cakes to almost any location. Delivery prices are based on distance and will be added to your order. Please make sure to specify if you want to pick up your order at our store or if you would like delivery so we can make sure we are available to deliver on your requested date. We prefer to personally deliver our larger cakes and wedding cakes to help ensure proper transport and set up.
