Our Ingredients

 

Ingredients are everything! We make all of our yummy products from scratch, with whole raw ingredients. We do not use any premade mixes, frostings, or bases. We do what we do with passion and intention, and it all starts with the ingredients.

 

From rich, smooth chocolate ganache made with couverture (real!) chocolate and cream, to bright citrusy lemon lime curd made with freshly squeezed citrus - we hand make each and every element of our finished products.
