- Bliss Bakeshop: 124 S. Main Street, Brooklyn, MI 49230 (we are located on the side of the building. You will turn onto Randolph Street, across from Callaghan's Coffee Cafe) Parking is available in front of the shop.
- This class is for an adult and 1-2 children (ages 5 and up)
- All supplies provided by Bliss Bakeshop, including aprons
Join us for this 2 hour hands-on class while we learn:
- How to make brownie batter from scratch
- How to dip sugar cookies with a swirl design
- How to pour a shiny ganache glaze and pipe buttercream with a piping bag
What you will take home:
- 1 large brownie cake decorated with sugar cookies + 1 small brownie cake
- Recipes for "cosmic" style brownies and cream cheese sugar cookies
